Terra d'AlterSubtle notes of citrus fruit and white peach. Refreshing minerality with a complex barrel fermentation finish. Cold pressed then fermented in second use oak barrels followed by aging for 11 months on yeast lees - Paté, grilled fish, vegetable pasta, Sushi.
