This indigenous grape variety reaches its bets expression in Northern Bulgaria. Cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation
Aged in Bulgarian oak 6 months. Light ruby-purple color with aromas of redcurrant, cherry, dry forest leaves, spices, chocolate and tobacco
Cranberry, cherry, redcurrant, pomegranate, spices and dark chocolate all feature on the palate.
