Dark onion skin colour - cool flavours of strawberry and raspberry, light floral aromas, crisp and fresh, shows light fruit, structure, perfect balance          

Select grapes were hand-harvested in October, short skin contact, after fermentation in stainless steel tank, the resulting wine was bottled with screw cap.
