Chateau Cabezac is a 60 hectare estate in the AOC Minervois, Languedoc Roussillon, in the south of France. Owner Gontran Dondain, a passionate wine enthusiast, purchased the estate in 1997 with the intention of restoring it to its’ proper place in the hierarchy of wine, an ambition satisfied in the following 10 years. We use the finest terroir, sustainable farming methods, progressive wine making techniques and a team of skilled professionals to produce high quality, value for money, premium wines. We have established long-term relationships with top quality restaurants and luxury hotel chains, importers, distributors and specialist wine shops domestically and across the globe. Our aim is to craft truly special wine that is the top of its class, reasonable in price and available for the enjoyment of wine drinkers everywhere and for visitors to develop their knowledge of winemaking process whilst enjoying our wonderful region.
