One Tree Hill, Marlborough & Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

One Tree Hill's vineyards are concentrated in Hawkes Bay, on the East coast of the North Island, and Marlborough on the Northern tip of the South Island. The estate is one of New Zealand's top producers of wine, is an independent, privately owned company and is fiercely committed to winemaking as an art, not just as a business.

Both of these regions are well recognised for their outstanding whites: Marlborough, consistently producing the world's most awarded Sauvignon Blancs, and Hawkes Bay, best known for its Chardonnays, which have consistently featured at the London International Wine Challenge for the last decade. Yet small pockets within both these regions are now producing equally outstanding reds, specifically Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.

One Tree Hill produces the entry-level Penny Lane and premium The Cross ranges, both offering attractive price: quality ratios.
