Domaine Sainte Rose, Servian, Languedoc Roussillon, France

Domaine Sainte Rose has been owned and managed since 2002 by Charles and Ruth Simpson, a British couple who left their respective careers to follow a mutual dream of owning a viticultural estate of their own. In this time, a state-of-the-art winery has been created, the vineyard management has been modified and contemporary wine-making methods have been introduced. The resulting hand-crafted wines are modern in character and reflect the terroir of their region.
